exacqVision Start will no longer be available for sale in the catalog. Additionally, all related SKUs, as outlined below, are also affected. Which SKUs will no longer be available for sale?

• START-01 START IP Camera license per camera.
• STARTIP-EVIP Upgrade one START IP camera license to PROFESSIONAL
• STARTIP-EVENIP Upgrade one START IP camera license to ENTERPRISE
• SSA-START-01 START software updates per IP camera per year
• SSA-START-C START software update to the current exacqVision version per server.

FAQ’s

I have a system with a Start license; what should I expect going forward? If the system is not upgraded to the upcoming exacqVision 25H1 release, there will be no change in software behavior.

If the system is upgraded to exacqVision 25H1 or later, the software will automatically operate as if it were the exacqVision Professional version. When it comes time to renew the SSA, the customer will have to use the SSA-EVIP-01 (PROFESSIONAL software updates per IP camera per year).

If the Start system SSA is not current, Pro SSA (SSA-EVIP-01) must be purchased to auto-upgrade to an exacqVision Professional license.
